Jack777 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the rules and conditions governing your use of the jack777 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
By registering, accessing, or using the jack777 platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. This acceptance constitutes a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and jack777 (the platform operator).
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our platform. Continued use following any updates to the terms will be considered acceptance of the latest version.
The jack777 platform is operated for users in Malaysia. Users accessing the platform from outside Malaysia are solely responsible for ensuring their use complies with all applicable local laws.
2. Account Registration & Security
To access the full range of jack777 services, you are required to register a valid account. During registration, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full name, active email address, and a reachable phone number.
- Keep your account information up to date and promptly make changes whenever required.
- Take full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Keep your account password confidential and do not share it with any other party.
- Notify jack777 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
Jack777 reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of any user who provides false or misleading information during registration. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.
Users must be 18 years of age or older to register and use the jack777 platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
As a jack777 user, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the platform:
- Using any automation software, bots, or third-party tools to manipulate the system or gain an unfair advantage in games.
- Attempting to breach, hack, or disrupt the platform's technical infrastructure.
- Using the platform for fraudulent purposes, money laundering, or any activity that violates Malaysian law.
- Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or fraudulently exploit the promotions system.
- Distributing any obscene, defamatory, or racially offensive content through any communication feature on the platform.
Violations of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of credit balances, and legal action at jack777's sole discretion.
4. Payment Information & MYR Transactions
All financial transactions on the jack777 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring all deposits are made using approved payment methods and from an account registered in their own name. jack777 does not accept third-party deposits.
Key terms relating to transactions:
- All deposits are final once confirmed and cannot be unilaterally reversed by the user.
- Withdrawals are processed only to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name.
- Jack777 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals that exceed the stipulated limits.
- Any attempt to transfer credits between different user accounts is strictly prohibited.
- Rewards and bonuses earned through promotions are subject to the rollover requirements stated in their respective promotion terms.
Jack777 is not liable for any delays in transaction processing caused by third-party factors such as bank disruptions or network issues. Any transaction disputes must be reported within 30 days of the date of the incident.
5. Liability Limits & Account Termination Policy
Liability Limits
The jack777 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to keep the platform running without interruption, jack777 makes no guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or fully secure. jack777 is not liable for any indirect losses, data loss, or business disruption arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
Under no circumstances shall jack777's total liability to any user exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Account Suspension & Closure
Jack777 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account under the following circumstances:
- Breach of any terms set out in this document.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
- Providing false or incomplete registration information.
- Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months.
- Voluntary closure request by the user.
Upon account closure, any valid remaining credits will be processed for withdrawal once all reviews are complete, subject to applicable terms.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the jack777 platform — including design, logos, text, graphics, software, and user interfaces — is the exclusive property of jack777 or our respective licensors. Unauthorised use, reproduction, modification, or distribution of this content without explicit written permission from jack777 is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Third-Party Links
The jack777 platform may contain links to third-party websites for reference purposes. jack777 does not control or take responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Accessing any external website is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Jack777 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Any disputes arising from the use of the jack777 platform will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, and users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
